All purchases of treatments, packages, and products are considered final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. We encourage customers to ask questions and ensure they understand the treatment before proceeding.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Customers are required to notify us at least 3 days prior to the appointment date for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Treatment Packages

We offer treatment packages consisting of multiple sessions. All packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. By purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions
  • Packages cannot be cancelled after purchase
  • Sessions must be redeemed within 1 year from the purchase date
  • Unused sessions after the expiry date will be automatically voided and are non-refundable
  • Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered customer who signed up during the first visit

Skincare Product Return Policy

All skincare product sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products purchased at our clinic.

  • Please ensure you have consulted with our staff before purchasing
  • If a product is found to be defective, it may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Returns must include the original receipt
  • Returns are only applicable for defective items

Treatment Concerns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your treatment results:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of your treatment
  • We will arrange a follow-up consultation to assess your concerns
  • Any remedial action will be determined on a case-by-case basis

Adverse Reactions After Treatment

If any adverse reaction occurs within the expected downtime period:

  • Customers must promptly notify the beautician-in-charge
  • Customers may be advised to visit the clinic for further consultation with the doctor
  • Our team will assess the situation and advise accordingly

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • All completed treatments and services
  • Treatment packages (used or unused)
  • Skincare products
  • Consultation fees
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Gift vouchers and certificates

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise (e.g., medical emergencies, relocation). In such cases, please contact our management team directly. Each request will be reviewed individually, and any decision made is at the sole discretion of Klinik Ainaa Sdn Bhd.
